Data Usage Charges

Transparent and Fair Pricing

We use a Pay-As-You-Go Wallet System that itemises and charges you ONLY for the additional data you may use, outside of your plan allowances. Each month, your wallet is automatically topped up with complimentary data credits - $10 or $20 USD, depending on the Bizivate plan you are on.

This monthly Data Credit can be used across various services including AI Message Sends, Email Sends, Email Verifications, Advanced AI Workflows, Generative AI, and AI Review Responses.

You can see an itemised monthly breakdown of your spend from within your account. Unlike our competitors who charge extra for additional contacts and users, we offer unlimited contacts within the CRM and unlimited users on your account at no additional charge.

Once you exceed your monthly included credit allowance, additional charges will apply. These charges are shown in US Dollars but will be converted and charged to the equivalent amount in your local currency.

When your wallet drops below $10 USD it will automatically charge your card for a $10 USD top-up, if you would prefer it not to auto top-up, you can turn this off in your billing settings. If you plan to send large volumes of emails, we recommend keeping your wallet topped up. You can use the slider above to estimate the monthly costs based on the number of emails you plan to send.

Your plan includes a specified number of AI messages, email sends, and access to certain features based on the tier (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXCEED MY PLAN ALLOWANCE?

If you regularly exceed your plan allowance, you will be asked to upgrade to a higher plan. Occasional overages may be covered by our grace period.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR AI MESSAGES?

No additional charges apply as long as you stay within your plan allowance. If you exceed the allowance, you will need to upgrade your plan.

WHAT ADDITIONAL FEATURES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PRO AND ENTERPRISE PLANS?

Pro and Enterprise plans offer additional features such as Bizivate Calendars and Marketing Messaging Automations.

IS THERE A GRACE PERIOD FOR OCCASIONAL OVERAGES?

Yes, we offer a grace period for occasional overages. However, consistent overages will require an upgrade to a higher plan.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD FOR THE CUSTOM DEMO?

No, there is no credit card required for the custom demo.

HOW CAN I VIEW MY USAGE AND CHARGES?

You can view an itemized breakdown of your usage and charges within your account dashboard.

CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN IF MY NEEDS CHANGE?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from inside the company billing tab.

IF I CHOOSE TO CANCEL MY BIZIVATE SUBSCRIPTION WILL MY DATA BE DELETED?

Upon cancellation, you have a 30-day window to reactivate your account without losing any data. After this period, all data, including conversation history, will be permanently deleted from our system for security purposes. Ensure to transfer or remove all media assets, customer lists, configured features (templates, workflows, etc.), before the cancellation date. Once deleted after the 30-day window, the data cannot be retrieved. We recommend saving your important data before cancelling.
