No! We give our software constant updates, we're always adding new templates and improving our features, and you get it all included! Because Bizivate is on the cloud, when we make an update or add new features, they are automatically applied to your account!

Your Bizivate plan comes with pre-loaded data credit which is automatically applied against email sends, as well as some other features you may choose to use within the platform (please scroll up for full details). The amount of pre-loaded credit depends on what package you are on . The Standard plan comes with $10 USD of data credits which is the equivalent of 11,111 email sends and on the Advanced price plan comes with $20 USD data credits, which is the equivalent of 22,222 email sends. Once you go past this pre-loaded credit you will only be charged for what you use on a pay as you go basis. You can use the email sends cost slider above to estimate additional data charges.

If you are on our ChatAI plan or Bizivate Advanced plan that includes the ConversationalAI chatbot, then all message sends are included in your plan across Live Chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM's, and email form replies via a custom automations.

Yes, it's very easy - if you wish to upgrade from a ChatAI plan or Standard plan to the Advanced plan, you can do this in your billing settings by selecting "change my subscription".

You can cancel at any time, simply end your subscription in the billing tab in your Bizivate account from log-in. You will have access to the end of your current billing period, then your account will go into it's 30-day cooling off period. Within those 30 days you can reactive at any time. After the 30-day cooling off period you will loose all of your data stored on Bizivate.

Upon cancellation, you have a 30-day window to reactivate your account without losing any data. However, after this 30-day period, for security purposes, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our system. It's crucial that you take responsibility for transferring or removing all media assets, customer lists, configured features (templates, workflows, etc.), funnels, and websites from the service before the cancellation date. Once the data is deleted after the 30-day window following cancellation, it cannot be retrieved. We highly recommend saving your important data or using the account parking option to retain access to your data.
