You do not need to install Bizivate, it runs on the cloud. However some set-up will be required to customise the platform to your business. If you have paid for set-up, your onboarding agent will contact you to arrange a call, understand your needs and set everything up for you. After set-up, Bizivate will just run for you on auto-pilot. However we do have comprehensive video learning resources to help you understand the tools and how to use them if you wish.

No! Bizivate can integrate with your existing website. We will simply help you add a code snippet to your current website to enable AI Chatbot functionality. Our booking system and form creator can be embeded on your existing site, as easily as embedding a youtube video. If you currently have a Wordpress site, we can host it on Bizivate for you if you'd like, with world class speed and reliability, for just $20 per month.

Bizivate starts at just $97 per month. We have three pricing plans (ChatAI $97, Bizivate Standard $97, & Bizivate Advanced at £197 - billed monthly). Depending on how many emails you send monthly, there may be some additional data usage charges if you go outside of your plan allowances, but these are super competitive compared to Mailchimp and Klaviyo. Absolutely! Security is our utmost concern, and we've built Bizivate with a strong foundation using LeadConnector and ChatGPT technologies to ensure the safety of your funnels, subscribers, and data.

You can cancel at any time, simply end your subscription in the billing tab in your Bizivate log-in. You will have access to the end of your current period, then your account will go into it's 30-day cooling off period. Within those 30 days you can reactive at any time. After the 30-day cooling off period you will loose all of your data stored on Bizivate.

Upon cancellation, you have a 30-day window to reactivate your account without losing any data. However, after this 30-day period, for security purposes, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our system. It's crucial that you take responsibility for transferring or removing all media assets, customer lists, configured features (templates, workflows, etc.), funnels, and websites from the service before the cancellation date. Once the data is deleted after the 30-day window following cancellation, it cannot be retrieved. We highly recommend saving your important data or using the account parking option to retain access to your data.
